Delete your Tokos account

You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before taking action.

What to do

Send the request
Email us from an address you can access and include the phone number registered to Tokos.

Complete verification
Support will use a safe verification method. Never send your login code, mobile-money PIN, or unsolicited identity documents.

Receive confirmation
We will explain what is deleted, what must be retained, and when the request is complete.
