1. Be honest
Describe items accurately, use current photos, state meaningful defects, keep stock correct, and do not impersonate another person or business.
2. Keep the marketplace safe
Do not list illegal, stolen, recalled, counterfeit, dangerous, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited goods. Tokos may remove questionable listings while they are reviewed.
3. Treat people with respect
Harassment, threats, hate, bullying, sexual solicitation, fraud, and sharing another person's private information without permission are not allowed.
4. Use payments and handoffs properly
Do not pressure users to share login or collection codes, falsify delivery evidence, manipulate payment status, or evade applicable Tokos fees and protections.
5. Reviews and social activity
Reviews must reflect genuine transactions. Do not coordinate fake ratings, spam comments, or use stories and chat to distribute abusive or deceptive material.
6. Reporting and enforcement
Tokos is preparing in-app reporting and blocking controls before public launch. During the closed test, report problems to support@tokosss.com. Tokos may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests.
