Terms of service

By creating or using a Tokosss account, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tokosss.

You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live. Your phone number identifies your account. Keep login codes private and provide accurate information.

Any eligible user may buy and sell. Registering a shop or pickup point, or working as a transporter, requires additional identity verification. Tokosss may reject, suspend, or revoke verified status when information is false, expired, or cannot be confirmed.

Sellers are responsible for lawful listings, accurate descriptions, available stock, and the items they provide. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before ordering. Tokosss connects marketplace participants and is not the seller of user-listed items.

Payments are processed by MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, or another provider disclosed at checkout. Any Tokosss service commission is shown before you confirm an order. Tokosss never asks for your Mobile Money PIN or a login code — anyone who does is not Tokosss.

Orders may be collected at approved pickup points or handled by transporters. Handoff codes shown in Tokosss confirm collection and delivery. Do not share a collection code until the item is physically ready to be received.

When an approved transporteur chooses to go On duty, Tokosss opens an active delivery shift/run and starts the location access needed for dispatch, delivery progress, handoff safety, and support. The shift/run may be waiting for its first parcel assignment. Tracking stops when the transporteur goes Off duty, the shift/run closes, permission is revoked, the user signs out, or the account is suspended. Tokosss does not use this feature for off-duty monitoring. The privacy policy explains what is collected, who may access it, and how long it is kept.

Do not create, request, or share child sexual exploitation material; make credible threats; reveal another person's private information without permission; list illegal, unsafe, stolen, or counterfeit items; misrepresent goods; defraud or harass people; impersonate Tokosss staff; request a login code, Mobile Money PIN, password, or collection code; infringe rights; manipulate reviews; send repeated unwanted promotions; bypass Tokosss payment controls; or interfere with the service.

You remain responsible for profiles, listings, photos, posts, stories, comments and replies, messages, and reviews you submit. You grant Tokosss permission to host and display that content to operate the service.

You may edit the text of an ordinary message you sent for up to 15 minutes. Tokosss marks the message as edited; the edit does not rewrite a quote snapshot already included in another message. You may also hide an ordinary chat message from your own view, or recall one you sent within the period shown in the app. A recall replaces the live message with a deletion notice; it cannot remove a push already delivered, a screenshot, or a recipient's external copy. Transactional and system messages are not user-editable or user-deletable. The privacy policy explains automatic chat expiry and restricted evidence holds.

Users can report a profile, listing, post or story, comment or reply, review, or specific chat message. Tokosss may preserve a restricted evidence snapshot; hide, remove, deactivate, or restore content; and restrict or suspend accounts under these terms and the community standards. Blocking a user is a separate user-level safety action and does not submit a report. Moderation appeals can be sent to support@tokosss.com.

Refund eligibility depends on order status, payment confirmation, handoff evidence, and applicable law. Users must cooperate with reasonable investigation requests. Read the separate refunds and disputes notice for how cases are opened and resolved.

Tokosss is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Tokosss is not responsible for indirect losses or disputes caused solely by another marketplace participant. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
